Paul Lapsley
Founder & Director
Paul is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in delivering complex projects across Australia’s resources, energy, infrastructure and water sectors.
A qualified tradesman and licensed plumbing and gas contractor with a Diploma of Project Management and a Degree in Construction Management, Paul has progressed through supervisory, superintendent and construction management roles, developing extensive experience in site leadership, project delivery, safety, quality and contractor management.
As Director of Lapsley Group, Paul brings a practical, hands-on approach to construction leadership, focused on safe execution, strong relationships and delivering results.
Fiona Lapsley, CPA
Company Accountant
As a qualified CPA, Fiona serves as the Company Accountant, managing all essential financial operations, reporting, and compliance for Lapsley Group. She works alongside management to provide the financial oversight and commercial planning necessary to support the firm’s continued growth.
