Service Description

Lapsley Group provides experienced superintendent services for complex construction, infrastructure and resources projects. We provide strong on-site leadership, coordinating contractors, supervising work fronts and ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, schedules and quality requirements. Our services include contractor management, work-front coordination, progress monitoring, safety and quality oversight, constructability support, interface management, inspections, punch-list close-out and coordination through commissioning and handover.
