Lapsley Group provides experienced construction site management across complex industrial, infrastructure and resources projects. We oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, scheduling and project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. With hands-on construction leadership and strong technical experience, we work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to manage site interfaces, resolve issues and maintain progress from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover.
